Command Line Applications

The N-Squared Advanced Call Distribution (N2ACD) provides several command line applications that aid in the operation and maintenance of the platform.

The following applications are available:

• Manage Available Reports - for how to add and remove user-accessible reports into N2ACD.
• Manage Internal Users - OAuth user customer access management.
• Export and Import Geography Sets - Separate tools for extracting and importing full geography sets into N2ACD.
• Manage Prefix Mapping Set - management of prefix mapping set data.
