Configuration

N2ACD delivers two web-application frontends for the freephone call control service. The N2ACD Flow Editor supports flow creation and scheduling against service numbers. The N2ACD Administration GUI supports, in addition to all the functions of the N2ACD Flow Editor, system, customer and service data management.

N2ACD frontend functionality is configured through both database configuration and Jarvis configuration files. This documentation covers both the Jarvis configuration and the configuration stored in the database.
